Crew and equipment

Over the years Ruslan has trained a large crew of drillers, operators and samplers. The company runs its own equipment for every type of work it offers: exploration rigs on JCB backhoe loaders, a mobile wash plant, foundation rigs, excavators and trucks.

For ground anchors and deep drilling, which need specialised heavy rigs, Ruslan manages the project and brings in the right machines for the job.

The backhoe rigs drive to site under their own power, off-road and through bush. For long hauls a rig travels on a low-bed trailer. Tools are sharpened and rebuilt on site, so a worn auger does not stop the job.
